Summer season: early May - mid October
Winter season: mid December - early March
- daily prices are in € and per person, incl. half board, excl. local taxes such as visitor's tax and mobility fees

In the winter
- free ice stock and toboggan rental in the house

- If you depart earlier or come later we will charge 90% of the overnight costs.
- On the day of arrival your room will be ready at 2 PM.
- On the day of check out we kindly ask you to leave the room at 10 AM.
- Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking house.
- A booking can be canceled free of charge up to two weeks before arrival, after that 90% of the total price will be charged.
- To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- For diets & food intolerances, please inform us well in advance so that we can take your wishes into account.
- A certain room number or a certain floor can be noted but not confirmed.
