Our focus is on seasonal products that come from local producers. Our passion as connoisseurs is reflected in our cooking. We attach particular importance to quality and freshness. Our cuisine is diverse and colorful, always looking for new flavor nuances. We are inspired by seasonal products and process them with great attention to detail.
We cultivate our own small field and preserve all the products from summer and autumn in various forms for the winter. This means we can always serve fresh and delicious dishes even out of season.
It starts in the morning at the breakfast buffet, eggs from the DeZordo organic farm in the Drautal, homemade sourdough bread with grains from the Sommeregger organic farm, homemade jams, liver sausage and many other regional delicacies - you can only start the day full of energy. The afternoon coffee comes from the coffee makers at a roastery in Villach and in the evening you can enjoy an Austrian drink
